How do I pay my dues?
You can pay your dues by logging into your account, and paying your balance from there. Login to your account with the email associated with your membership. If you do not remember your password, please use the password reset option.

If you prefer to pay by check, you may mail your payment to:

I just applied for membership. How long will it take for my application to be approved?

The GCSANC Board of Directors reviews all applications at our Board meetings. Once your application is received, it will be submitted  for approval. While awaiting approval, your membership status will be “Pending” with limited functionality.  Once your membership is approved, you will receive an automated approval email from our website, followed by a personalized welcome letter.

Membership approval can take 4-6 weeks. If you would like to register for a meeting while your membership application is under review, please contact our office at (916) 456-1320. (“Pending” members cannot register for meetings online.)

*Please note, your membership dues must be paid prior to approval of your membership. You are encouraged to submit payment of your membership dues when you submit your membership application in order to avoid delays with your approval. Your membership will be restricted until your membership dues as a new member are paid.

I don’t know my membership login information.

Your membership login credentials are your email address and your chosen password. If you don’t remember your password, please use the password reset option available when you attempt to login. If you don’t remember the email address connected with your membership account, please contact our office at syconnerlyandassociates@gmail.com or (916) 454-1320 so we may help.


Please only use one account with our system!

If you have a membership account in our system, we ask that you use your membership account to update your information and to register for meetings, and not create additional “non-member” accounts if your information has changed. If you have a membership account and need to update your information or register for meetings, please login to your membership account with the email address connected to your membership. From there, you can update your information or register for meetings.

If your email address has changed, please login to your membership account with the prior email address connected to your membership. Once logged in, you can update your email address and other information. You may also contact our office at syconnerlyandassociates@gmail.com or (916) 454-1320 so we may help.

EVENT REGISTRATION

Can I register for an event if my dues are outstanding?

Yes, you can register for an event if your dues are still outstanding. Please pay your dues as soon as possible to avoid your membership lapsing. If you are a new member waiting for approval, you will need to contact our office to register for meetings until your membership application is approved.

Why can’t I register for an event as a member?

The email you use to register for an event as a member must be the same email associated with your membership account. If you are having trouble registering for an event as a member, please make sure you are registering with your membership account email address.

THRU THE GREEN AD DEADLINES

If you are submitting a new ad for our next issue of Thru the Green, please note the following ad cutoff dates:

  • April 15 for May 1 publication
  • June 15 for July 1 publication
  • August 15 for September 1 publication
  • October 15 for November 1 publication
  • December 15 for January 1 publication

The ad dimensions are 8 ½ x 11 (full-page), 4 ¼ x 11 or 8 ½ x 5 ½ (half-page), 4 ¼ x 5 ½ (quarter-page), and 2 1/8 x 5 ½ (eighth-page).
